Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Account data: email, username, hashed password when you register.
• Order data: shipping address, product selections, payment reference (we do not store full card numbers — PayPal handles payment processing).
• Design data: artwork and text you create or upload in the studio.
• Usage data: pages visited, products viewed, track plays on the album page (no personally identifying usage tracking).

2. How We Use It

• To process and fulfill your orders and send shipping updates.
• To operate your creator account and pay royalties.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipment tracking, download links).
• To improve the platform and detect abuse.

3. Who We Share It With

• Printify / Printful: we send your shipping address and the print file to the fulfillment provider when you place an order. Their privacy policies govern their handling.
• PayPal: payment processing. PayPal receives your payment details; we receive only a transaction reference and your email.
• OpenAI / Stability AI: your design prompts may be sent to these providers for image generation. Do not include personal information in prompts.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Order data is retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@zionplex.com.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies (authentication token stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS. JWT tokens are signed with a secret and expire after 4 hours.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@zionplex.com.
