Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using AI Drip (aidrip.zionplex.com) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

AI Drip is a print-on-demand platform where users can create and purchase custom merchandise. Designs are printed and fulfilled by third-party providers (Printify, Printful). AI Drip operates the storefront, payment processing, and creator marketplace.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

• All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
• Standard shipping to the US takes 3–7 business days after production.
• Prices include shipping (free shipping model). All prices shown are final.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after PayPal payment is captured.
• If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 30 days for a free reprint.
• Because products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

4. Creator Marketplace

• You may publish designs to the AI Drip marketplace and earn a royalty on sales.
• By publishing, you grant AI Drip a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and sell your design on merchandise.
• You confirm you own the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
• AI Drip may remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law without notice.
• Royalties are paid via PayPal once sales are final (after the return window closes).
• AI Drip retains 30% of the designer markup as a platform fee.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit designs that include: copyrighted characters or brands you do not own; hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected groups; illegal content; real people's likenesses without consent; or any content that violates applicable law.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI Drip uses third-party AI image generation (OpenAI, Stability AI) to create artwork. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before listing. AI Drip does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free of third-party IP claims.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. AI Drip may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Drip is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Drip and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
